Radial Spherical Plain Bearing

Our radial spherical plain bearing includes requiring maintenance(steel–on-steel) & maintenance-free. Bore diameter is 4-300mm(metric and Inch dimensions are both available). Different sliding contact surface combinations with inner rings and out rings can be made of different materials.

Outer ring with single split in axial direction.Both outer and inner ring are made of carbon chromium steel,hardened and phosphorization treatment,sliding surface treated with MoS2. Bearing type with “S” have a lubricating groove and holes in both outer and inner ring.Bearings type with “2RS” have seals in both sides.

Outer ring with single split in axial direction. Both outer and inner rings are made of carbon chromium steel, hardening and phosphorization treatment, sliding surface treated with MoS2. Bearing type with “S” have a lubricating groove and holes in both outer and inner ring. Bearings type with “2RS” have seals in both sides.

Inner ring with cylindrical extensions in both sides. Outer ring with single split in axial direction. Both outer and inner rings are made of carbon chromium steel, hardened and phosphorization treatment, sliding surface treated with MoS2. Bearing type with “2RS” have lip seals in both sides.

 

GEEM…ES-2RS

Inner ring with cylindrical extensions in both sides. Outer ring with single split in axial direction. Both outer and inner rings are made of carbon chromium steel, hardened and phosphorization treatment, sliding surface treated with MoS2. Bearing type with “2RS” have lip seals in both sides.

 

GEFZ…S

Outer ring is made of carbon steel and pressed around the inner ring; Inner ring is made of the carbon chromium steel and hardened. Spherical surface of inner ring hard chrome plated.

 

GEBK…S

Outer ring is made of carbon steel and with bronze liners. Inner ring is made of carbon chromium steel, hardened, sliding surface with hard chrome plated. There are lubricating groove and holes in the outer ring.

 

GE…C

Outer ring is made of carbon steel and pressed around the inner ring. Outer ring race bonded with PTFE composite material. Inner ring is made of carbon chromium steel and hardened.

 

GEG…C

GE…ET-2RS

Outer ring has a single split in axial direction, sealed at both sides, hardened and phosphorization treatment. Outer ring race is sticked with PTFE fabric. Both outer and inner rings are made of  carbon chromium steel. Inner ring hardened and hard chrome plated on spherical surface. Bearing type with “XT” is axially split in half, locked by retainer ring.

 

GEG…ET-2RS

Outer ring has a single split in axial direction, sealed at both sides, hardened and phosphorization treatment. Outer ring race is sticked with PTFE fabric. Both outer and inner rings are made of  carbon chromium steel. Inner ring hardened and hard chrome plated on spherical surface. Bearing type with “XT” is axially split in half, locked by retainer ring.

 

GEFZ…C

Bearing structure and applications same as GE..C, but in inch dimensions.
