Flanged linear bearing type LMHP, this ball bushing has oval shaped flange and pilot end. By standard it comes with seals from both sides. Inside ball bushing there are steel balls in resin cage. Outer ring is made out of steel.
Linear bearing LMHP series is with flange. The flange is matched with the corresponding module to make the shaft positioning simple, and it does not need to be installed in the matching bearing pillow blocks. The installation is simple and economical. The use of flange linear bearings reduces the overall weight of the linear bearing assembly and provides smoother operation.
Most of our flange linear bearings are suitable for round rail bearing systems. LMHP series linear bearings are made from high-quality steel, outer sleeve of these bushing bearings are hardened enough to stand a very long time. From bearing balls inside, made from anti-friction bearing steel, to the snap rings, each parts are what we care in manufacturing bushing bearings.
